I hate that it's common for employers to discriminate against mothers!<br /><br />It really was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make - to stay with my job or quit to "work" as a SAHM. In the end, I decided to stay home, but I've always been worried about what'll happen if I go back into the workforce. Since I decided to stay home, though, I have started a small side business... and I'm hoping that it's enough to satisfy my desire to work along with my want to stay home.<br /><br />Bonus: no one to be angry with me if I need to take a sick day because of my kids!
